Swedish hospital announced the grand opening of phase 1 of their new campus facilities in Issaquah, WA in the Issaquah Highlands community. Over the weekend July 9th, 2011 celebrated by hosting a open house at the hospital and Highlands Day! We just learned that there were over 22,000 visitors to the campus that day. Officially opens for patients on Thursday, July 14!
This is great news for Real Estate, but you ask Why is that? This will bring the Issaquah homeowners a boost in property value. When kids get sick, or aging parents are ill which is part of the circle of life, wouldn’t you want to live close to the nearest hospital?
